If you’re unhappy with your subscription within 7 days of purchase, email us at [email protected] with your account email. We refund within 3 business days.

One-off £4 single-kit purchases are also refundable within 7 days, provided you haven’t downloaded the .zip more than three times.

After 7 days we can’t refund automatically, but get in touch — we’re reasonable people.
